The principal research focus of the group is the use Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance imaging as research tool to investigate mechanisms and effect of heart disease.
We perform CMR in 3 broad research areas:
- Heart Failure and Cardiomyopathy,
- Novel Myocardial Ischemia Techniques
- Assessment of Myocardial Protection.
