The principal research focus of the group is the use Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance imaging as research tool to investigate mechanisms and effect of heart disease.

 

 

We perform CMR in 3 broad research areas:

  • Heart Failure and Cardiomyopathy,
  • Novel Myocardial Ischemia Techniques 
  • Assessment of Myocardial Protection.
